I am an Oregon Principal Broker specializing in residential real estate in the Portland Oregon metro area.  I have been in business since 2005 and have seen both the highs and lows of the real estate market.  As part of my ongoing commitment to improve my business and better serve my clients, I have earned both the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) professional designations.  Less than 5% of Realtors have earned these awards, and they were earned through a combination of coursework and experience requirements.  What do these designations mean to you?  By investing the time and money needed to complete the requirements for these designations, I have the skills necessary to help my clients achieve their goals.
